Bitbucket is ending support for Mercurial repositories. Since ZILF and related projects all use Mercurial, we need to secure new hosting. Even staying with Bitbucket (and converting to Git) would involve a migration effort.
We've been approved for hosting on the public FOSS instance of Heptapod, a Mercurial-based fork of GitLab. We now need to:
verify that the code and issues have been ported successfully
set up a build pipeline and project documentation using Heptapod's equivalents
set up hosting for release binaries
import development branches
add a note crediting the hosting service
set up access for other contributors
make the project visible
redirect visitors from Bitbucket to Heptapod
