Be able to run the interpreter more "like" MDL

Description

This is more like sugggestions for future functionality to be able to run MDL-programs like Zork and ZILCH in interpreter mode.

Initial functionality that's needed for Zork would be:

  • Support minimum 36-bit FIXes. 64-bit might be easier.

  • Accept input from keyboard via READ and READSTRING.

  • SAVE and RESTORE workspace
